Purchased Premium Theme

from Stardock Forums

Hello,

Purchased skins theme for windowsblind 7. I don't know if I am just missing something, but how do I get it through impulse.  I made the purchase using paypal. Maybe it hasn't shown up yet? It has been 20 minutes now. I have looked on my account under my skin list and nothing there as well. I don't know if I am looking in the right places or I just haven't recieved it yet. Thanks!

Paypal purchases I believe do take a little longer to show up.  The other problem may be the email address, is it the same for paypal as your Impulse account?

No it isnt. One is hotmail and the other gmail. Should they be the same or should i just keep checking both emails?

My log in for paypal is the same as impules, but I have my email for paypal reciepts going to hotmail. I just changed it to the same as the login.

When I buy a premium skin I don't use Impulse, I get it directly from either here or one of the other sites that offer them. At the end of the purchase it goes to a page automatically and displays the completed transaction and a download link. Some even email it as well. The only part that I got through Impulse was Windowblinds 7 itself.

I don't use paypal because I don't trust it for a very good reason. I use a pre-paid debit card that can be used just like a credit card for online purchases. You just have to make sure you have money in the account beforehand. :)

I bought it through here as well, but it is the instructions through paypal said to use impulse. It would be much simple if they would just provide a direct link.

They do - https://www.stardock.com/support/  

Just enter your Stardock.net account email in the 'Retrieve Serial Numbers' field and you will get the serial numbers and download links to what you purchased.

If you have the same email for paypal as your Stardock.net account then there may be a delay in processing your purchase. You may need to email support@stardock.com and have them check on it.

BTW, if you buy it directly you don't need a serial number at all.

It says the same if use a CC thru the Stardock store, they need to change this as premium/master skins/themes do not show up in Impulse, not meant to. I know there are a couple Stardock reps who know about this but getting it changed may no be easy.

Yes, it is nice and there is plenty of stuff to go with it as well that is free.

Xp and Vista. I wouldn't hold your breath about it getting a W7 update.

 

When I purchase premium skins I never download them via impulse (I didn't know that it doesn't work either) I get the download link from my registrations page here at WC: https://forums.wincustomize.com/account/regs
