Show/Hide fences on double click bug?

I'm not sure if it's a bug or that's how it has been made but when you double click to hide the fences, try to mouse over near by where the icons were, you can actually see the "hand" icon to open it. Altho, it doesn't open any folder. That's the good news :)

Intersting. Do you have explorer set to "open files with one click"?
