cursors not showing up in theme manager

Not sure where to post this-sorry if it is in the wrong place.I have theme manager and cursor fx.My cursors do not show up in the cursor fx list. Any help is appreciated.

I don't have theme manager however cursorfx may have it's own control panel. (start-all programs-stardock-cursorfx). (win7)

What OS, what versions of Theme Manager and CursorFX; XP here and cursors show up fine in theme manager.
