How do I reset my ICO password?

Hey Y'all,

Been away from the game for a year, and now when I try to sign on, I can't remember my password. I've changed my forum password, and my stardock password, but none of these work to sign into ICO.

As a temporary solution, I've created a new player name, but I would like to use my old one (with accompanying history so I don't have to deal with smurf accusations).

Any suggestions?
