Issues with updates in Stardock Central

Couple things...this app (Stardock Central) has recently somewhat unstable...Its crashed on me a couple of times just today after downloading a slew of updates. Usually happens when I select a menu item. Last crash came when i selected the "WC-General" button out of the "Discussion" menu superordinate. I also note that my cursor disappears inside of the text editing window as I'm writing this.

Also, updates for a couple of apps (Skin Studio Pro and Theme Manager) won't complete, citing bad chunks or blown chunks or chunky peanut butter...finally wingeing about an invalid file size.

Anyone else seeing this stuff?

In SDC tools/settings/connection, change server and re-start SDC..see if that does it.

I had to uninstall and reinstall, but I think that it had something to do with a MS IE security update that I ran ealier in the day...

Once I did a clean install all of my configuration settings and user settings were put back into place and eerything is working fine...

just an fyi...

Hmmm. Well, I restarted the machine later in the day and then reloaded SD Central. It downloaded another patch and then the other programs installed fine. And my cursor works properly too. Interesting...
