I am Creating a Mod Team

from GalCiv2 Forums

I have decided to start a total conversion mod for Gal Civ 2.  :D

It will include new:

  • Ships
  • Races
  • Maps
  • Improvements
  • Techs
  • Gfx
  • Videos
  • Music
  • Sounds

I have just started on it, and I have found I am in need of modders to help me make this mod a reality. If anyone has skills making 3d models, modding xml files, making textures, or just general modding, then join my modding team.

what is your mod about is it another star trek mod we have enough of them or just new races and stuff like that in that case I will lend my services.

The mods NOT a Star Trek mod. It is mostly a TOTAL conversion that will add lots of cool new content that I listed in my OP. If you want I can post some concept art for it on my website.

what do you need done do you need any planet improvements I have hundreds that I haven't released Or help with the techtrees.I used to 3d model but its been so long Ive forgotten how but im very skilled with the ship designer and making custom shipstyles.

It sounds, and looks, like you have an idea for a mod - but you have no skill in any area so you are looking for other people to make the mod for you.

I looked at your ship design. Basic, lacks imagination, and my 8 year old could have drawn it better.

You even have a date set for the mod release, yet you haven't even begun.

im quite skilled at modding and have modded many games but what I learned is always post screenshots otherwise people won't be interested.
