all programs background color

if you are referring to the menu that pops uo when you click on "all programs", you can change that to look like any thing you want by editing this: left tree- start panel--->menu. right tree: menu image. If you are referring to the color when you mouse over the "all programs" , you can change the color to match your all programs section by editing this. Left tree -miscellaneous--->colors
right tree-menu highlighted background (xp only)

thanks lady crissy but i tried that and no good let me be more descriptive on the issue ok here goe's click. start then move the cursor to "all program's the page that comes up with all of your program's is white with a blue edge {left edge] by default that page is the one i need to change
like i said i think i tried to change all attributes {unless i missed one} with no change's thank for the reply j.l.l.

you need to change the image for that menu

onetooth....... that's not a page, it's a menu, and crissy is right on!  

sorry, my choice of word's was inncorrect { page, menu} i swear that attribute was not there but it is thank's to one and all for the help and the quick response time. thanks again.
