Cool graphical texture thing

I wasn't sure where else to post this. Have a cool symbol looking textural thing that appeared at some point next to my city. I wasn't sure if this was due to something I built in the game or not haha.

It shows up very clearly when I load the game too:

It looks like the Beautify land spell, aftereffect.

I guess potentially from the sovereign starting the kingdom? I know I definitely haven't  cast any spells yet haha...I never seem to get close to a suitable location with shards for a spellbook I actually have.
