Hello,since several j' days;test d' to buy master skin that does not function,the s' page; open but remains virgin and nothing occurs.j' have to test with various topics and two PC c' is the same thing.If quelqu' one can m' to help. Thank you

You will need to email support@stardock.com on this one, but do not expect a reply until around the 5th or 6th of July.  Also, you will need to tell them the name of the Master skin.  :)

 

Vous aurez besoin d'email support@stardock.com sur celui-ci, mais ne vous attendez une réponse que vers le 5 ou le 6 Juillet. En outre, vous aurez besoin de leur dire le nom de la peau Master.

What did you try to buy, chris? What did you do...try to tell us in English, but if you cannot, then in French (guess) and I'll use Google Translate to try to help.

Usually, a Moderator gives the best advice in these matters.

That made 10 days that I cannot buy any more of Master Skin.J' last week a message to the support, I have to send n' do not have an answer. Quelqu' one would have the miracle solution?. Thank you

Chris... sometimes things get backed up because of holidays/work...a million reasons...

Go through the forums and find Jafo or a Moderator. Click on the person's name...just above the avatar and from the list, choose " Private Message...."

Try to explain your problem, and that no one's helping... and include the link to this thread in the Private Message:

I have not received any e-mail about an issue with Master Skin purchases, and purchases seem to be going through fine.

If you have any type of ad-blockers or security software running, try disabling them.

Thank you, but j' have already to test all that. On two PC it occurs the same thing, the page purchase s' open but it remains virgin, nothing s' post even at the end of several minutes.

Quelqu' one knows if WC thinks of regulating the problem d' purchase of Master Skin ? C' is really annoying !!!!!
