Cursor Flickering

I have a problem with my cursor flickering in game. Happens at the main menu and in game, but for some reason it doesn't happen when a map is loading. It also doesn't happen if I move my cursor REALLY REALLY slow (like 5 pixels a second slow -_-). Happens in both full screen and windowed mode.

This problem doesn't happen on my other games at all.

I have exactly the same problem now although I didn't before. I took a break from playing and when I came back to it is when the cursor flickering began so it's either from a patch update or new nvidia drivers.
