Windowblinds 7 in windows 7 64-bit explorer backgrounds.

I am an object desktop subscriber, and my Windowblinds 7 will not load explorer backgrounds at all for some reason. I think it used to be able to, but it is only recently that I believe this problem existed. I Googled this problem, and searched these forums. I found that someone else had this same problem, and it was said that there was to be an update to fix this, the problem is that post was from February. Does anyone know how I may go about fixing this? Explorer backgrounds do have one effect on my explorer and that is making all the text in the folders transparent, and this is very hard to see. The skins I want to enable all require explorer backgrounds, and it is a waste of my time and money to have Windowblinds when this feature cannot enable.

I use Windows 7 64bit.

This is still very much a problem. Why was it left without an answer? I hate to bump an old thread, but this problem is still persistent to this day. Help would be much appreciated.

Helpmenow, open Impulse/My Software tab and while holding down Shift, r-click on WindowBlinds and select verify installation. If it says it is installed incorrectly, run the update it will offer you. Then reboot and try the backgrounds feature.

The only other solution that comes to mind is a complete uninstall/reinstall of WB.
