Turn off Hotspot

I have one tabbed dock.  There is no hotspot selected, however, the upper left side of my screen cannot be used for anything except selecting the tabbed dock and moving it around...regardless of where it resides on the screen (except when "LOCK DOCK POSITION" is selected then nothing happens).  The unusable portion of my screen amounts to 1/4 of the left side from the top down.  But what is strange is when I create a second tabbed dock then the new dock responds to the upper left 1/4" of the screen for moving it around.  How can this feature be turned off?

TIA,

Tim

I don't see a place to turn it off, but you could set the activation delay to 'very long' so it takes a while to react you your mouse.

Thank you but I have already tried that and it does not affect anything because I guess, no hotspot is selected.  Even when one is selected the same dead-zone on my monitor occurs.  Is there something else I should be looking at instead of hotspots?

Open OD Config..."Positioning" and check if "Reserve edge of screen" is checked.

I don't know what happened.  I tuned my laptop on this morning and the upper left of the screen tries to MOVE the attached-to-edge top tabbed dock.  If I create a new dock then the upper left of the screen moves the unattached-to-edge tabbed dock around the screen.  "Positioning" and check if "Reserve edge of screen" is NOT checked.  I am at a loss.  I have tries so many combination but the only things that are checked are SHOW DOCK AS DRAWER/AT TOP OF SCREEN and DON'T SHOW IN TRAY OR TASKBAR.
