Problem with Demigod

Hi there. Ive wanted to play Demigod, so I bought it (duh -.-)
The installation went perfectly and smooth, but when I started the game this appeared while loading the intro:

When I tried to start the game by using Demigod.exe in the map Program Files, a popup appeared with the nice message that I'm missing bwink32.dll. But when I use "search", it becomes clear that I already have the file from "RAD video tools".

Im not really sure about the rest. According to a friend I should be able to play Demigod ("slow, but it can play", he said)
