Impulse on it's 3rd download now .. Trying to install Sins

from Stardock Forums

I just purchased Sins because it was really cheap and I liked the demo. However Impulse just won't install the game and I'm trying to download it for the third time. There's no error message or anything. Known issue or? Google didn't help much.

Please download and run the following utility:

http://sd.stardock.com/SDSupportTool.exe

This is a tool that we use to gather relevant log files and basic information about your computer. Once the utility finishes running, send an email to support@stardock.com with a reference to this thread and the .zip file the utility created on the desktop attached to the email.
