I don't know if it has anything to do with this issue, but the penny finally dropped on me about the DVI input that I saw on my monitor - the GeForce has a connector for it! So as of yesterday I have connected computer and monitor via DVI. What a pleasure.
But I'm seeing something strange with Windowblinds cycling my wallpaper - it seems it doesn't, anymore. When I booted up the wallpaper was centered instead of stretched, and I found this setting - plus the picture used - in my personalized system settings, NOT in the WB7 wallpaper settings.
Here is what About Windowblinds says on my system:
Your computer has a Windows Experience Index base score of 2
Your Windows Graphics Experience score is 2
WindowBlinds version : WindowBlinds 7.1 (build 267 - Windows 7 Edition)

The main reason I want WB7 to handle the wallpaper cycling is that I can add folders to its list of pictures to use. On its own, the system won't let me do that, it just uses one folder. Can anyone help me out?
Thanks in advance.
