I am a big fan of real time strategy.
Looking quickly over this game, looks like could be good, as there is a large beta testing community. BUT.............
I need a DEMO of the game (1 map in multiplayer) to know if i like to game STYLE.
Is there plan to make a playable muliplayer DEMO for people who dont know if they will like the game?

The game has not been released yet. The "beta" testers are people who have preordered and have been given access to early beta builds to offer feedback on the game and help the developers make the game stable. The beta is not really enjoyable and is nothing like what the actual game will be like when it's released. Mostly it just crashes, and if it doesn't crash it's like watching a boring game of checkers. Pure torture!
However, check back when the game has been released for retail and ask if there is a demo available then. : )
You must be thinking of the continuous turns Tactical Battles. The Strategic map, however, does not have any iota of real time (other than multiplayer having turn timers, and the potential for simultaneous turns)
Frogboy here is a good example of what I thought when I first discovered the game of Elemental I also thought that somehow you were attempting to merge TBS with RTS by making the combat screen RTS and the rest TBS (with the option to switch to the typical tile tactical combat screen should one prefer that over RTS style. When I saw the screen-shot of the 3D tactical battle I really could not believe my eyes, but now that I have read more lore it seems that its not RTS but the option to let the battle play out simultaneously or the typical TBS. (Which I am O.K. with anyway, but RTS mixed with TBS and good old fashion RPG... Someone institutionalize me before I loose my mind in excitement 
)
