Multiplicity Pro Clients

I own Multiplicity Pro. I was notified via Impulse of an update; I went from 1.22 to 1.24 on my main machine. However, I do not install Impulse on the clients (corporate servers: installing "game" software is a breach of corporate policy). With the original order I received an e-mail with download links for the client, but those links (which went to dl.stardock.com) are dead.

I installed the demo 1.24 on the clients because after the update some features were glitching (copy paste and stutters on transfers to the clients), but it is counting down from 15 days and provides no place to enter an existing serial number.

Is the only way to get the software via Impulse now? If so, is there a way to install impulse, get the install and then remove impulse without a trace? I would prefer not to be fired over placing game software on a server, thanks.

If you request your serial numbers again from the support page (https://www.stardock.com/support/) you should be e-mailed your serials with download links for Multiplicity.

The old ones in your mail will have expired, but the new e-mail should have active links (for the next X hours)

You'll need to uninstall this before installing the full version.

I have the same problem, was testing the demo out for IT work, liked it thought it would be useful to link all my servers to one KVM window with all the displays up at once(btw this is really neat if your KVM is up to displaying 6 server screens at once through a web frontend no task switching with multiplicity).  Then I went to buy it and surprise, after you pay for it you gotta download impulse.  Well can't do that and I don't know of one company that would let me.  I just downloaded the serials like neil suggested gonna see if I can run it without impulse.

Because Multiplicity is used often in business deployments like this, it is one of few apps that do not require Impulse.

There are several ways that our customers can retrieve their software and licenses that they have purchased.  Keep in mind that trial versions of our software are not upgradable to the full versions by entering a product key, and they must be uninstalled and the PC rebooted before installing the full version of any app.  Here are the possible options (NOTE: Not all applications are available under each option):

1.) Go to https://www.stardock.com/support , enter your e-mail address to have your product info sent to you at that address.

2.) If you have a Stardock.net account, visit the following site and click the link for the appropriate application/theme: https://forums.stardock.com/account/regs  If you're trying to get a theme/skin/etc that you purchased through WinCustomize, this is the best way to go.

3.) Impulse (which as you stated isn't really an option in this case, but I'll list it for others who may be curious).
