Osmos update broken

I just downloaded Osmos today, but after "verify installation" it says "Osmos is not installed correctly. Please look for an application update". If I try to download that update, it stops after 0.4% with a "file not found" message.

Also, the Osmos icon is not displayed properly, a default Impulse icon is displayed instead. Is this intended?

I did not edit any files or settings or even start the game before noticing described problems. The game seems to work, though.

At this point I can only suggest to uninstall and reinstall, as verify installation doesn't always work on third party games.

It's best to err on the side of it not working, as it is rare that it will.  Verify should work on all Stardock titles though.
