Problems reinstalling

Am finally getting to the point where I can reinstall all my Stardock Central programs. I keep getting this error message: C:\Program Files\Stardock\SDCentral\data\public\sks\production\sks.xml 0 | Attempt: 1 | -14 The Url is invalid. It has happened MORE than once! Am I missing something somewhere?  I DO start w/sdcentral_setupe.exe, correct? I realize this is probably something very simple I'm forgetting. Any assistance will be heartily appreciated! many thanks in advance for the time assistance!
