I can't get a home page , all i get is this wording when going to home page
using various browsers ...... what's wrong ?
also none of the upload pages and my site page DO NOT load - just error mess shows up ?????
I cleared and did hard refresh - still same result

And this post brings up a good point. What about people that have the old sites url bookmarked in their browsers and don't have the new address? Has anyone considered the fact that maybe a redirect page would be a good idea? Those people will think the site is just gone! Which might explain the drop in traffic.

be at a loss finding the site ....
and what happens after the " test " comes off ? the url ...
can't log in either on all browsers except firefox - what to do - reset password ?
Do a cartwheel and then stand on your head for about 10 minutes...which really won't help any...but you'll get the idea.

many things wack with navigating the new site
i.e. log in , my site clicking on some logos - bad direct etc
many people must be having a problem ..
U must beaware ?

the new home page header navigates ok
but pages with the old header don't ! - like my site etc.
Dontcha just hate when people do that!

The production site (https://www.wincustomize.com) has been updated to the new 2010 version as of a few days ago. wincustomizetest.com should not be used, although it may remain active for some time.
Well Shirley...all I can tell you is that after clearing cache...scrubbing...rebooting...performing numerous cartwheels...the old site address https://www.wincustomize.com does not work and the new one https://www.wincustomizetest.com does. The older address works for the forums but that's it. This is true in all browsers I use.

this is a true and correct statement ! 
As of about 10 days ago, www.wincustomize.com is running on a new set of servers at a new data center. You can check where your computer thinks that is at via Start / Run / cmd.exe / ping www.wincustomize.com. If you get a response with an ip address of other than "Pinging www.wincustomize.com [74.204.71.162] with 32 bytes of data:", your dns/upstream dns is not updating to reflect the new site location.
I've forced through updated dns records with minimal expiry times to try and force other dns servers to flush their caches, but if they are failing to resolve the new site, that's on your isp.
If you continue to get crashes when trying to load www.wincustomize.com or www.wincustomize.com/whoami.asp, then please do respond back here with your OS and browser version and I will try to reproduce it further.

I also just talked with tech support for my isp and they said it has to do with your servers and that mine is updated automatically.
When I try this www.wincustomize.com/whoami.asp I get "server WALNUT2"
When I try www.wincustomize.com I get...and it's been like that since the launch.
