Hi.  I'm a soldier currently deployed in Iraq.  I've been using Iraqi internet to download a lot of games off Impulse.  Up until recently Impulse always read me as being in North America even though I'm using Iraqi internet.  However, today Impulse suddenly reads me as being in Europe and now I'm severely restricted in the games I can purchase.

Is there any way to get Impulse to read me as being in North America again?

If you're using a military address, as long as you set the country to the one you're in in the billing info it should go through.  There are exceptions built in for such addresses.
