huh, no Sins of a Solar Empire without the expansions?

when i search for the game in the sotre, all i'm getting is 5 results, one of them is for some desktop stuff, two of them are for the expansions, one for a collection of the expansions, and one which include everything including the core game... which cost 40$.

now, i am not about to spend 40$ on a game i may not like. never played anything like that and i'm not into this kind of games really. isn't there a way to purchase only the core game?

That is strange.  The original game can be found at the URL below, but it's possible that Stardock pulled the game from the catalog because they are out of keys.  I'd see what their staff says about the issue.

I really hope this can be fixed somehow. for some time now I've wanted to buy the game.

The base game of Sins of a Solar Empire is no longer sold by itself.  The expansions are still sold separately for those that already have the base game.

Sorry to bring old subject up... but something weird happened,

I now suddenly have the game in my game list. i know i haven't bought it (haven't played games for like two months due to moving between apartments) and i know i haven't bought it, so how did i get it?

Not the i'm complaining of course. this is fun!  gonna buy the expansions now and fire it up.
