Multiplicity PRO, Text Sharing Only?

I bought MP years ago. So long ago, I don't even know the old address I bought it from.

There was an update, so I tried and it kept asking if I'd like to register it. I thought it was registered? Been using it for years.

Anyways, you had that 1/2 price special, so I said "What the heck, I'll buy it again, with my new email address".

No such luck. Installed on both machines and I can only "text" share now, even thought image sharing is marked.

Even though it's the Pro version, It won't let me check the "File sharing" box. Says Pro Only. I thought that's what I bought?

When I right click it, it's saying that it's not installed correctly. Uninstalled and reinstalled 4 times.

Same results each time. Reactivated x 12. Reentered my registration x 12.

Primary - Vista home premium 32bit

Secondary - XP Home 32bit.

Not happy.

Forgot to mention, if it's not installed correctly, why can I text share? Also, I still can't update. Keeps asking to register. I did x 12.
