Please fix CursorFX and Multiplicity already, it's been broken for years now

seriously, i bought cursorXP, never had problems on windows XP, then upgraded to cursorFX, and it has never worked right, and always made worse with multiplicity, which, i need multiplicity, so i haven't been able to use cursorFX since i bought it.  i've talked with support over the years, getting various answers, saying it's MS DirectX problem, nothing we can do, saying there is no issue with MP, which is incorrect there definately is.  i just wish it would get fixed already

Perhaps you need to update Direct X?  I am running Version DirectX 10 here.  If that is not the issue, you might try uninstalling both programs, do a reboot, and then install them one at a time rebooting after each install.  Beyond, that, I have no idea what could be causing the problem.

it's a bug in cursorFX, it's not directX, this is a quote from stardock.  i just wish they would fix it, having a paid app for years not working is unacceptable
