Impulse not connnecting

I've not been able to update impulse. Every time I try, it simply says, unable to connect to servers and Internet not available.

What could be the problem? I've not changed my network.

it might be your internet providers problem... try rebooting your connection...ususally just have to unplug it for a minute and then plug back in.....
