Pleeeease HELP! Object Desktop expired!

I am running Windows 7

Hello dear People!

Well... i am User here since about a Year, and a friendly Girl always.

Now i didnt always look at a Calendar... also since 2 weeks i had a baaad Prob: My Main Harddisc died because of Age.

Now Dad sponsored a new one. Thanx God.

Today i am finished with installing Windows new... again, Thanx God.

Now... and that is my Problem... i first installed Impulse, to configure my Software out of it.

BAAANG... BOOOM... TADAAA: "Your Subbscribtion expired at the 11 of March 2010! Would you like to renew it?"

You know... Dad is unemployed, and my Pocketmoney isnt that much. I can NOT renew in this very Moment. :-(

So... when i click (for Example) in IMPULSE on WindowBlinds to install it, IMPULSE says: "This Program is not compatible with your current Operating System!"

But... another important Question:

I can still download my Stuff from my "Settings-Registrations-Page. Can i install an older Version of Windowblinds or the other Programs from OBJECT DESKTOP????

I am that very very sad... i was crying 10 Minutes ago.

I mean: I PAID for that Software. So i think i should get the Option to install the OLD Version still! I understand that i have NO Right to get newer.... but can i get the old that i had paid for???

Please tell me something Friends.

Your Revanito

You should send an email to support@stardock.com and explain what ihappened.  There were some recent changes dealing with subscribers and expiring accounts.  Hopefully they can get you links to the versions of the software you purchased. :sun:

Hey Philly...

Thanx again for yourt Tip!

My Dad contacted STARDOCK-Support, and a very, very kind Guy named KEN extended my Subscription for another Week!

He then gave Dad a Link, so he could download THAT Programs that was updated in our Period of License.

Cause: THOSE Installers on the Registration-Page in my Settings are the very, very old Pieces from 2008.

WHAT A GORGEOUS AMOUNT OF KINDNESS!

We NEVER EVER experienced such fine Support!

So... this Thread can be closed. Here sits a very happy Girl... smiling!
