Having trouble modding Twilight.

Hey, I've been having some issues getting mods running for Twilight. Nothing shows up in the "Mods" section of the game.

 

I searched the forum, which suggested I created a "Mods" folder, which I promtly did. This didn't work however.

 

Any ideas? I'm on Vista.
