NOOB question - How do I include an image in a post on this forum

I'm trying to post a question which requires the reader to view an image in order to respond; but I cannot post the image as a URL here at work.

If I try to drag the image, the URL resolves to the local drive on the PC here at work; which I do not think is going to work - or is it?

In short, how do I load an image to a post?

You need to upload the image to an image hosting site like imageshack. Then link to that image

When you have the image url ready then you just need to click as indicated in this shot -

and then paste the url in the appropriate box -
