Disabling random player placement in single player help!!

This is for single player only and what im trying to do is start off as player 0 its random every time sometimes im player 1 player 8,4,3 you get the point does anybody have a fix to this without using galaxy forge maybe editing some files if so which? I know this might have been posted a few times but I searched everywhere and couldn't find anything thanks in advance

Its map specific. You can use GF, but seeing as you dont want to based of your OP. You can edit it the map file via notepad or notepad ++
