Yes, the link is to  the generic  my skins (https://www.wincustomize.com/skins.aspx?my) so it will open the skins of whoever clicks the link provided they have a skins page. OP link should be to http://martinlo64.wincustomize.com/skins.aspx or Martins general page http://martinlo64.wincustomize.com/
