No serial key

I just purchased this game on bestbuy but when I'm going to register it is asking for the cd key. I looked at back of the manual and there is nothing. How can I get the cd key? Am I the only one who has this problem? I heard playing online was good and I can't wait to try it.

It should be on the manual or on a sticker above the disc holder in the case. If there is no serial key at all, please contact support@stardock.com.

no sticker. nothing in manual too. I already sent an email to stardock and I hope they reply.
