Problems logging in to multiplayer

Hi folks!

I apologize in advance if this have been answered already. I have owned demigod a while now and I have mostly played single player. Now I want to play multiplayer but I was not happy with the name I choose and I created a new account but now I can't use the new account to log in. I have tried to retrive the password but it wont work. I have even copied the text in the mail and pasted it in demigod but to no avail. It just says that I have entered wrong serial or password. I run vista.

i would recommend emailing support@stardock.com...

i can't cuz my email is broken,

in fact i am playing around with a modded regulus in single player right now... 15000 damage snipe FTW!!! :grin:

I had this problem a few months ago :/... I had this problem a few months ago, the problem for just dissapeared after 30 min or so, but happen on a few occasions.  But here are a couple of links you might find useful :)  Hopefully those help
