New to Fences Pro...

I just started using Fences Pro and wondered if its possible to lock the icons in the Fence so if I press Ctrl + A (to select all icons) particular icons stay unselected.

If this isnt possible yet, could it be added in the future?

This isn't something I've tried before, but I haven't seen something that does this. The purpose of 'Ctrl + A' is to select everything, so you're fighting against nature here.
