The fan backlash has been much greater than the SciFi Channel had expected. So far CNN has covered the topic 4 times. There was a rally in NYC and one in Atlanta.

There's another one tomorrow in NYC in responseot the meeting the powers that be at the network willing be having there to discuss the issue.

Its actually had some effect so far. They've halted the plan to tear down the sets and there seems to be more dialog between the network and the shows creators.

Many of the cast and crew have been having daily chats in the Sci Fi's farscape irc channel: irc.scifi.com. #farscape
Though its pretty much a zoo in there.

That was the way we saved StarTrek, Many years ago. Maybe it will work again. It does seem that when a good SFI comes out it doesn't last.

It's a tragedy. I had a feeling they might do this, after the short "season" in June or July.

By far it is the best Sci-Fi show since Star Trek TNG went off the air.

If SicFi Channel takes Farscape off the air all those
who enjoy Farscape should boycott them.
