how do i make a new button and ake it launch an application?

Hey guys,

 

i hope you can help me with this:

 

i've read a old tutorial of skinstudio and read about how to make a caption button and make it launch your Internet browser

by using the command "&web". ( and make it a Command Button)

now this tutorial tells me to edit the file wbuser.ini to sset which programs is associated with "&web".

I've searched my whole computer for this file, but i couldn't find it.

is it an hidden file?

or is  it only there when you have a older version of skinsudio (like 3 or something)?

I'm using Skinstudio7 on Windows7 64x and WindowsVista 86x

i've got a question:

what's wrong with the navigation arrows?

i know you have limits ( they can't be bigger than 27x27 pixels)

how does the high dpi arrows work? can they be bigger

since i'll be making these:

they also have to glow so i cant use the nav background to fill in the empty places...
