[bug?] 5 allied victory doesn't work?

Just been playing a 5vs5 unlocked multi-star game, initialy the allied victory was off but when i loaded the game about yesterday i turned it to 5 because i didn't feel like defeating my 4 allies after i was done,

so now we're done.. the other 5 players have been defeated... i have 4 allies and the allied victory is still at 5...

the game still goes on, didn't got the popup which said i won or anything, whats up?

Try setting it to 4.

I've set it to 2 and continued the game, the power struggle in the starting system was quite interesting to see so i continued it..
