Uninstall Theme Manager

I've recently installed Theme Manager. Now that i want to uninstall, i can't. I installed impulse as it prompted me to install this before uninstalling. After running impulse i still can't uninstall it as it requires an internet connection to do so. I can't seem to authenticate with the proxy at work. Is there another method to remove this? It is extremely frustrating.

Can you uninstall through control panel and Programs and Features?

Unfortunately not. This was the first method i tried from TM - and it prompted me to install Impulse to remove TM. Now that i have Impulse installed it wont let me remove it from within Impulse or Add/Remove programs (in which case no uninstaller pops up).

BTW i get an error saying "Problem extracting files" when trying to uninstall TM via Impulse. I assume this is a result of failing to fetch files from the internet first.

In the meantime you could submit a support ticket and please try to provide as much info as you can and please be patient as we are heading into the weekend, so it could be the beginning of the week before you get a response from Support |-)

Can you find the file for Theme Manager by looking at the directory of the drive it's loaded on and delete it there.  If that works, then I would also suggest running some sort of clean up program that will get rid of any registry entries.

Download it (the zapper) with internet explorer to your desktop, then double left click....should do it.
