Diplo (shit?) is rather buged.

Whos bright idea was to put canons on auto after build? they need to be set on manual

Also tec supply pact looks very broken. it looks like it doubles the supply insteed of adding some points

yeah, they got a patch out to fix most of the bugs

as to the auto cast for cannons they did so, so that the AI can use them
