Hai all. I need help whit skins.
Where i need put it? 
 I downloaded .wba file format and i don`t know where need place it.
  Plz, somebody help me,whit this.

You need to have Windowsblinds installed and you have to pay for it. You also have to download impulse and install it. Than all you have to do is double click the .wba file and it will install right into windowblinds.

open it with windowblinds ....(double-click) on file

I would highly recommend getting ObjectDesktop which has numerous "skinning" programs and includes WindowBlinds. It's a real bargain. Try out IconPackager, DesktopX, Deskscapes and others to see.
