Sins - Trinity?

Just purchased a digital download copy of Sins Trinity, it seems that its only downloaded the original version of the game. Now I'm new to this whole impulse thing so is there something I now need to do to install the expansion packs?

When I load up the game it says "get now" for the two expansion packs, but that takes me to a link to purchase them, which I already have!

This is a bit of a joke now, beginning to feel like I've just been robbed. The support site won't let me log in, it keeps saying I need to register but wont send me a confimation email because I already have an account or something stupid, either way it wont let me log in to submit a ticket. Been looking around for some time now and the only logical answer is that despite ordering Sins trinity, I've only been sent the original Sins.  Great, I could have picked that up for 5 quid at the shop down the road.

Never heard of Impulse before, should have just kept to Steam.

Also, of interest to me, how do I go about getting a refund?

If you uninstall Sins, it should show Sins Trinity as available. Rosco and myself worked on this and tested it logging in as you here, so you should be good to go. Also, I've refunded you for Entrenchment you had purchased following your Trinity purchase, as this is a duplicate.

Cheers for the refund on entrenchment. It seems I'm stuck in some endless loop of problems. I've noticed that Trinity has now appeared, but having downloaded it, it gave me some 'MD5 (?)' error and is now downloading again from the beginning.

Not having much fun with this.

MD5 errors are usually one of two things:

1) Do you have any security or firewall software running?  If so, try adding an exception for Impulse, and see if the errors persist.  Failing that, you can also try disabling it temporarily for the duration of the download.

2) We've seen a lot of these with bad system memory (as well as bad CPU/mobo, though less so).  You can try scanning with something like memtest86+ for a while and see if everything is good on that front.

You can also try using http://anywhere.impulsedriven.com/ to download the game.  And, if all else fails, shoot support@stardock.com an email, and we'll try to get you sorted out.
