Changelog?

I've been trying to find a changelog between Diplomacy 1.0 and Beta 3...but haven't found anything. Also, in the manual, why are carriers listed as having Medium type armor when they should have heavy?

yes, the manual sadly was not updated there, they were changed to heavy a while back
