Bought Dragon Age and I can't find codes for the extras?

When I bought them their was a purchase confirmation page displayed showing codes for the game itseld, the Stone PRisoner, and some armor.  I did not write them down as I expected to get an email with them or be able to find them online.

 

However, I cannot find an email with the codes, and the only code I can find in impulse is only for the game itself.

 

I used PayPal to pay and I got receipt emails from them but there was no codes in the emails.

I am having the same challenge with Star Treek Online.  I received an email with a serial number and I registered the serial number in Impulse, but I can't figure out where to find the game key required by the account activation page for Star Trek Online.  When I get a response from my support inquiry, I will post it here if it seems helpful.

I didn't have any trouble with Avatar, though.

You can always find all of your registrations by logging in with your Impulse account here:

https://www.wincustomize.com/myaccount.aspx?reg

You can also click the blue question mark thing in the upper right corner of Impulse, and select 'Register a product with Impulse...'  You can also get the main game key by right clicking on the entry in Impulse, and selecting 'View Registration'.
