Is conceding the only way to quit a game when hosting without exploiting the host bug and the host being the only one to get the win?

Played a game last night and my team was winning (for once) and the other team was trying to concede. One guy on there team not the host would not concede so the other two including the host quit. The host is fairly new so I checked his games list out and he has not done this before.

So is there another way out or do you stay and take the beating?
