WindowBlinds 7 Error Message When Skinning

Hello,

When I try to run WindowBlinds 7 I get an error message saying "WindowBlinds does not appear to be installed correctly on this machine. Would you like to fix this issue now?". I was just wondering why I get that message (I have my full version and everything) and it comes up when I apply a skin. Here is the information from the About WindowBlinds tab:

Open Impulse and go to the My Software Tab. Right click on WB's and select Verify installation. If it tells you it is not installed properly it will give you the option to update it. Do so and then reboot and see if that fixes things for you. You may want to disable any Spyware or AV you are using while reinstalling WindowBlinds, then re-enable them afterwards.

Edit: I see you are using the shareware version. When did you install it?

WindowBlinds 7.0 (build 230 - Windows 7 Edition) - Shareware - 64 bit OS
End of quote

This is not the full version.....it's the shareware version and it HAS to be uninstalled BEFORE installing the full version. If you installed over top of it then you will need to uninstall BOTH versions then reboot and then installed the purchased version via Impulse.

I have the same error. I have the full version. I have already tried verifying the installation in Impulse (no problem detected), and have uninstalled and reinstalled WindowBlinds. I get the error when I try to apply a skin.

I too have this same problem Have done as asked by support by removing all signs of Windowblinds then installing with Impulse. Done this three times still get this error and error 101. I am using no illegal copies as my Object Desktop is good until September of 2011. This problem came out of nowhere I do not even remember doing an update but could have. I am just nit sure. B)
