diplomacy is missing

hmmm where did the diplomacy beta go is it removed until release?

After updating to latest version of impulse I too miss diplomacy beta version.

While trying to detect installation it does detect it but it doesn't show on impulse.

Is this due to upcoming release or is it a bug within impulse update???
