Same problem still bugs me

And I still don't know how to fix it, tried searching anyplace but no luck

My drives and folders icons in open/save dialogue ain't still affected by IconPackager.

I tried a version 3.2 and 4.1, no difference. :thumbsdown:

 

Can anyone help me with this??
