Flickering Title Bar Min/Max/Close in Windows 7

This is an old skin I've been working on updating (I have a few others with nearly the same or smaller title bar top sections). They are all encountering the same problem in win7. The min/max/close buttons flicker and seemingly twitch side to side, like crazy once the skin is loaded, enough that it actually starts to lag the computer (causing redraw areas for other windows that are unfocused to turn black). Is this a known bug? Is there a work around?

The screenshot seems to be a broken link.

Could you provide the actual skin?

Odd, screenshots working for me, though, I'm going to bet if that's a broken link

http://rush68.net/u/files/unfinished.wba won't be available to you either. (If that's the case I'll host it on an alternate domain)

I should note that the skin is FULL of graphical errors and glitches as is (Most of which as far as I can tell, can be fixed which I've found from going through my skins and updating them). This skin however reproduces the button glitch nearly every time.

To reproduce the error, open a new window (Seems to not happen once the skin is applied to windows already opened, but will happen to any new window that is opened and needs to be skinned)

The link to your screenshot works, but I don't see any problem with the titlebar buttons on it.  You need to take a shot with the buttons "acting up", so we can better help you.

This is from another similiar sized WB theme, on the left the buttons are doing, well, whatever the hell they want it seems, on the right is how it is supposed to look.

Both are of object edit, same sized window, no differences as far as what's inside them/etc except one instance was open before I loaded the WB theme, the other was opened with the WB theme already applied as my set skin.
