How to you set up minimizing to dock?

Using Win 7 and wondering how you set the dock up to minimize windows right to it? I can't find a bloody option for it anwhere.

Okay, what is it that you are trying to minimize to the dock?  Are you talking about any window you have open?  It that is the case, for the tabbed dock make a tab for the taskbar, if it's the zoomer dock open configuration and click on Display my open windows with my icons.
