Every time I tried to change skins, the Configuration App dropped dead on me. I finally figured it out: it isn't even WB7's fault. It's a weenie freebie program called "Noisy Mouse" (makes noises whenever you mouseclick). Unload Noisy Mouse and WB works perfectly. I might add that Noisy Mouse also caused Macrium Reflect to crash ingloriously. FYI.
