Need help with the menu bar buttons

Hi everyone, I recently purchased Windowblinds via Impulse, and it works great, but I have a little problem, every time I apply a theme it skins everything but the menu bar buttons, the back, forward, , it happens with all my themes, do I need another stardock program like IconPackager?, because I look at the screenshot of how it is supposed to look and my windows explorer/internet explorer is not showing the buttons as the screenshot, Im under windows 7, Am I missing something? hope you can help, thanks.
